International Symposium on Usher Syndrome

Erwin van Wijk organises the International Symposium on Usher Syndrome (USH2025), where also several Lifelong VISION members will be present.

Knowledge sharing, cross-pollination and meeting are the focus on Thursday and Friday, with a strong emphasis on scientists and researchers in the field. During these days, the scientific symposium provides a platform for in-depth exchange of knowledge and insights.

On Saturday, during the USH Community symposium day,  USH2025 Congrestival, the most compelling contributions and lectures from the scientific symposium days will be shared with the USH Community - people with Ushersyndrome, their families and loved ones.

We also make USH2025 Congrestival a positive and inspiring “Festival of the Senses”. People with and without Usher Syndrome will be able to share the same sensory experience. An unique experience for all.
